Part No: 7104 (Non Locking) and 7105 (w/Deadbolt Lock)
This Wicket Door - Deadlock Style was designed to work with the DDS Vision Panel Inserts and able to bolt to any existing wood or hollow metal door. It will allow for visual observation of to the inmate without having to open the secure cell door and breach the guards or inmates security. The Deadlock feature adds security and privacy for the inmate from others passing by. They are designed to use a No. #12 Deadlock(quoted separate, see Hardware & Locks tab above).
This Wicket Door Panel is manufactured using 12ga steel for the frame and sliding Wicket Door. The frame is secured using 5/16-18 Security Button Head Torx screws for a positive mount.

Installation
Installlation Drawings: Engineered installation drawings are included for each area where the product is to be installed
Pre-Installation Proceedure: The mounting surface shall be secure and rigid. All areas where the closure angles are to be mounted need to be free of surface obstacals that would impair a tight secure installation
Installation Proceedure: Use only qualified Journeyman Installers for the installation proceedure. Layout and install the vertical columns, mullions and closure angles per the installation drawings supplied true and plumb. Fit and install the fixed panels and doors per the installation drawings supplied. When all panels and doors are measured and tested proceed with the final field welding to the closure angles and closure plates. Clean and dress any exposed welds prior to paint touchup
Final Finish: It is the OWNERS responsiblity for the paint type, color and application
